THIRD OFFENSE

  • Fine - $1,002 and $30 court costs.
  • Suspension of Driver’s License - mandatory 6 month suspension.
  • Surcharges - a driver must by a surcharge of $250 per year for three years.
  • Jail - Mandatory 10 days.
