AVOIDING A TRAFFIC SIGNALOPERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLE ON PUBLIC OR PRIVATE PROPERTY TO AVOID A TRAFFIC SIGNALA driver may be guilty of a motor vehicle offense if he or she drives a motor vehicle on public or private property, other than a public road or highway, for the purpose of avoiding a traffic signal. A driver who is convicted of this offense may be subject to a fine of $52 to $202. A driver is assessed two points for this ticket.
